Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with quantum computing focus
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Track record of commercializing future-tech concepts (patents required)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and governance
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with policy advisory for national tech initiatives
