Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario planning for societal impacts of emerging tech (2026-2030)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution and human augmentation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Published research on technology ethics or digital transformation
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFDP) preferred
- Portfolio of implemented tech foresight projects
