Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI
- Partner with VPs of Product to integrate future-proof solutions into existing platforms
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Secure patents for breakthrough methodologies in predictive analytics
- Collaborate with global academic institutions on ethics-by-design protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-defining products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for prototyping future scenarios
