This role combines deep technical acumen with executive-level communication to translate complex innovations into actionable business strategies. You'll lead workshops with C-suite executives, publish thought leadership in emerging tech journals, and mentor our next-generation innovation lab.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to align innovation investments with business objectives
- Author whitepapers and market analyses published in industry-leading publications
- Manage cross-functional R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging tech implementations
- Mentor innovation lab teams in prototyping future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in AI, quantum, or biotech domains
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with emerging tech investment frameworks
