Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise clients
- Mentor a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers across 3 time zones
- Drive R&D initiatives in post-quantum cryptography and neural-symbolic AI
- Optimize cloud-native infrastructure for 10^6+ TPS workloads
- Lead technical due diligence for $500M+ acquisition targets
- Develop patent-pending solutions in federated learning frameworks
- Present at global tech summits (AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next)
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in distributed systems with 5+ in leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum assembly languages
- Certified in Google Quantum AI and AWS DeepRacer
- Portfolio of 3+ production-grade quantum-classical hybrids
- Experience securing $100M+ in VC funding for tech ventures
