Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into current product ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for innovation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting market disruptions and adoption curves
- Executive communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
