Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum, AR/VR, and synthetic biology domains
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making processes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for breakthrough research
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Oversee technology adoption pilots measuring ROI against sustainability and accessibility KPIs
- Anticipate geopolitical shifts in tech policy and adapt strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotechnology, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
