- Lead strategic development of 2026-era technology roadmaps across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Drive cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich partnerships
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI governance and autonomous system deployment
- Secure $50M+ in federal grants and private venture capital for next-gen projects
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in emerging tech commercialization
- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Global Tech Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading $100M+ R&D initiatives or IPO-level tech ventures
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in ISO 20700 technology governance frameworks
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
