- Present disruptive innovation proposals to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology adoption
- Mentor R&D teams in next-generation development methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 10-year planning experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of successfully executed long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding for visionary projects
