Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advose executive leadership on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create technology impact assessments for regulatory and ethical frameworks
- Design scalable architectures for hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in quantum algorithms or generative AI ethics
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves (Moore's Law, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year tech predictions
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
