Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 technology horizons, including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI ethics
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish metrics for evaluating technological readiness and adoption potential
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with futurist focus
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
