Responsibilities

- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Author white papers shaping policy for ethical autonomous systems
- Prototype breakthrough solutions using next-gen hardware (photonic processors)
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- 5+ years scaling R&D teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Track record of commercializing lab-to-market tech innovations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for 2030-era tech deployment
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or quantum assembly)
- Portfolio of patents or open-source contributions to exponential tech
