Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with quarterly strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-driven automation and quantum computing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, spatial computing, biometric interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Architect scalable digital twins for predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial web
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
