Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026 market trends
- Develop and implement R&D frameworks for emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on future-proofing initiatives
- Present foresight reports to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 15+ engineers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Author whitepapers published in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in futurism
- Published research in AI, nanotechnology, or space tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global partnerships
- Patents in at least one emerging technology domain
