Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and DARPA for prototype development
- Present futures briefings to C-suite executives and congressional technology committees
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology validation
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-machine augmentation frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams through technology transition planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy at top-tier firms (FAANG or equivalent)
- Published research on quantum algorithms or neural-symbolic integration
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor roadmap beyond Moore's Law
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Clearances for federal innovation programs (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year technology predictions
