Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Oversee cross-functional innovation projects with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Published author or frequent speaker at tech conferences
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
