Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system integration projects targeting 10,000-qubit capabilities
- Architect ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems deployment
- Manage portfolio of 12+ moonshot ventures with $50M+ combined funding
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and lead global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Drive commercialization of 3+ proprietary technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 12+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence (2018-2023)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (min. 5 exits)
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor scaling limitations and post-Moore's law alternatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or equivalent
