Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying transformative technologies emerging through 2026
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for quantum-neural computing architectures
- Produce quarterly white papers on AI ethics and human-machine symbiosis
- Design carbon-negative tech implementation strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of PhD researchers and futurists
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Present at 3+ global tech conferences annually (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published author in Nature or Science on AI/quantum convergence
- Portfolio of 15+ patented technologies with market validation
- Expertise in predictive modeling for technological singularity scenarios
- Certification in Emerging Technology Governance (ETG-2026)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience securing federal innovation grants exceeding $10M
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into commercial IP
