- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and R&D priorities
- Build predictive models for technology adoption impacts across industries
- Represent company vision at global tech conferences and industry forums
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning
- Mentor innovation teams in developing futuristic prototypes and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)

- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
