Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Theory, or Futurology (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) with >500 citations
- 10+ years anticipating technology disruptions with >80% accuracy
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and predictive modeling
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for speculative projects
