Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and biointegration
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Architect strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human augmentation systems
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and external innovation partners
- Direct cross-functional teams prototyping 2026-ready solutions in our Future Labs
- Establish patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-generation breakthroughs
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen STEM curricula
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated 5+ year foresight impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of launching at least two commercialized technologies with >$100M impact
