Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Author strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Present findings to stakeholders via compelling visualizations
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, AR/VR)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
