Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional task forces in quantum computing, AI governance, and climate-tech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotech systems
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic engineering, or climate-tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
