Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Advise C-suite on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech implementation
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF and Department of Energy initiatives
- Build and mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technical architects
- Author annual 'State of 2026 Technology' report for global policymakers
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' tech summit in Austin
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (post-2025)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech solutions
- Experience securing federal/state technology grants exceeding $10M
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust preferred)
- Public speaking experience at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
