- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology vision aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions
- Author annual technology impact reports for executive stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Mentor emerging tech talent through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two frontier domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published research in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to engineering teams
