- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act compliance)
- Published thought leadership on quantum computing applications
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFI) or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Constellation)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Futurism preferred
