Responsibilities
- Lead predictive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026+ horizons
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for product development and business transformation
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, R&D, and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and assess potential market disruptions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technological trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
