Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published author on technology foresight or innovation
- Experience leading teams of 20+ technical professionals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
