Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and spatial web frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Develop patent-pending systems for ethical AI governance and autonomous decision matrices
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Manage $15M R&D portfolio with 25+ direct reports across 3 global labs
- Author white papers published in Nature Technology and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading technology strategy at FAANG or equivalent unicorn
- Published record in top-tier journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or Web3.0
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions to >10M users
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
