Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech vision into corporate planning
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Produce annual technology impact assessments and innovation whitepapers
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technology solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEM) preferred
