Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and neuro-ergonomics
- Architect ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Partner with global governments on future-tech policy standardization
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in human augmentation
- Lead workshops with futurists and ethicists to define 2026's digital boundaries
- Deploy prototype solutions in our living-lab environment for real-world validation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-silicon computing architectures
- Proven experience developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Track record of patenting or commercializing breakthrough tech innovations
- Deep understanding of neuro-technology and human-machine interfaces
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation strategy
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
