Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical deployment protocols for emerging technologies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Experience with ethical technology assessment frameworks
