Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design scalable frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity and data sovereignty solutions
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital infrastructure
- Author white papers on tech policy implications for autonomous systems and biotech
- Manage innovation incubator programs for university partnerships and startup accelerators
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020+ foresight implementation
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network architectures, or distributed ledger systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals on emerging tech
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 digital transformation projects
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI, biotech, and space tech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
