- Develop predictive technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption timelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption readiness and ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and market disruption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and market disruption (showcased via published research)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience presenting futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization with 5+ year implementation cycles
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
