- Oversee the commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies by 2026
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5-7 engineers and product specialists
- Secure $10M+ in innovation funding through strategic proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Experience scaling products from prototype to market launch
- Strong background in strategic planning and roadmap development
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals)
- Ability to secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional team leadership
