About the Role
As the Lead of our Roadmap division, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic goals and technical execution. You will work closely with R&D, product management, and executive leadership to ensure we are building the right solutions for the future. Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Forecasting: Identify disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our business model.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- R&D Coordination: Guide the research and development teams to prototype and validate future-proof solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech ecosystems to stay ahead of competitors and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
