Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3.0 paradigms
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Champion cross-functional R&D projects with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patentable intellectual property in emerging tech domains
- Present visionary concepts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum research labs and AI ethics consortia
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all digital initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Successful track record of launching industry-first technology initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep understanding of ethical technology governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
