Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities for 2026
- Design future-state scenarios and conduct impact assessments on business operations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate long-term vision into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future-vision frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementations
