Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable 2D web applications using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering loops and asset loading strategies to ensure 60fps animations across devices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate complex concepts into interactive 2D prototypes.
- Implement advanced particle systems, physics simulations, and generative art within the browser.
- Maintain and refactor existing 2D codebases to improve maintainability and performance.
- Debug complex rendering issues and cross-browser compatibility challenges.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, specifically focusing on 2D graphics.
- Deep understanding of the HTML5 Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and WebGL (Three.js or Pixi.js).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks like React or Vue.
- Strong grasp of computer graphics principles, including coordinate systems, matrix transformations, and color theory.
- Demonstrated experience with performance profiling and optimization tools (Chrome DevTools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
