- Architect Future-Proof Neural Architectures: Design and implement scalable deep learning models that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Conduct cutting-edge research in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with neuroscientists, ethicists, and software engineers to create holistic AI solutions.
- Publish and Disseminate: Contribute to peer-reviewed literature and present findings at top-tier international conferences.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all systems adhere to the strictest safety and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of proprietary algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference in high-latency environments.
- Lead experimental design for novel reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and AI researchers.
- Translate theoretical research concepts into production-ready, robust codebases.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models against edge cases.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or simulations is a strong plus.
