Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure to support the company's 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Research, Product, Security) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Establish best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our architecture remains future-proof.
- Define metrics for model performance, reliability, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
