Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines and Agentic AI frameworks for the 2026 product suite.
- Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems to support real-time AI inference at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale NLP and generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Databricks, MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
