Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for the year 2026. At FutureCore Systems, we are pioneering the convergence of advanced Generative AI and Quantum Computing. We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead our R&D division and define the technical roadmap for the next decade.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will architect the future. You will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical machine learning, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve.
If you are passionate about the singularity, quantum supremacy, and next-gen neural networks, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the architectural design of next-generation AI models focused on the 2026 technological landscape.
- Quantum Integration: Develop algorithms that leverage hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures to solve complex problems.
- System Scalability: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference times and reduce computational overhead for edge devices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
