Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations

- Advocate for ethical AI standards in policy discussions with regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Proven experience developing ethics guidelines for large-scale AI deployments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Certification in AI governance or ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
