Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible technology development
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation for ML algorithms
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory frameworks
- Published research on AI ethics or technology ethics
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural communication
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
