Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends with 2026-2030 implications
- Design scenario-planning models for quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and AGI development
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption and regulatory preparedness
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to build consensus on AI governance principles
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and advise on compliance strategies for future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible innovation, or technology policy roles
- Deep expertise in generative AI, autonomous systems, and quantum computing concepts
- Proven experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong publication record in AI ethics or technology foresight journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
