Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AGI systems with 2026 deployment targets
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing bias-mitigation algorithms for autonomous systems
- Conduct predictive risk assessments for quantum-AI convergence scenarios
- Establish industry standards for neuro-symbolic AI transparency
- Develop audit protocols for sentient system decision-making processes
- Advocate for ethical AI policies at international technology forums
- Architect human-AI symbiosis interfaces for healthcare and manufacturing sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on AI alignment or algorithmic bias mitigation
- Proficiency in quantum computing architectures and distributed ledger technologies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with adversarial machine learning and robustness testing
- Track record in cross-functional leadership (technical, legal, philosophical)
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical system design for high-stakes environments
