Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems deployed in high-stakes environments
- Conduct preemptive risk assessments for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on ethical implementation strategies
- Author industry-leading white papers on AI accountability and bias mitigation techniques
- Advocate for ethical design principles in product development lifecycles
- Monitor global regulatory trends and adapt compliance strategies for 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with bias auditing tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Strong background in future technology forecasting (quantum computing, AGI, etc.)
