As a key member of our Future Strategy team, you'll collaborate with engineers, policymakers, and global thought leaders to develop governance frameworks that address emerging AI challenges. You'll pioneer methodologies for bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability while forecasting long-term technological impacts on humanity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on AI risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Develop predictive models for societal impacts of emerging AI technologies (2026-2030)
- Conduct bias audits and fairness evaluations across AI deployment pipelines
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Represent the company at global ethics and technology forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in developing bias mitigation frameworks for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in futures studies and technological forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed)
- Experience working with multinational regulatory bodies or standards organizations
