Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct foresight research on emerging technology impacts (2026-2030)
- Design bias-mitigation frameworks for quantum machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on neuro-ethical implications of BCIs
- Establish compliance standards for generative AI content ecosystems
- Author industry whitepapers on human-AI symbiosis paradigms
- Mentor ethics review board for experimental AI deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Technology with AI specialization
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI initiatives
- Published research on quantum ethics or neuro-technology ethics
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks
- Strong background in policy development for emerging tech
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in tech ethics
